ABSTRAK GUSLI, 2024: The Influence of Teacher Pedagogical Competence on the Motivation and Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Grade III Students at SDN 6 Palangka Raya. Supervisor (II) Putu Cory Candra Yhani, S.Pd., M.Pd Pedagogical competence is the ability of a teacher to manage learning in the classroom, therefore, teachers need to master pedagogical competence, because with this ability students will have high motivation to learn seriously so that the teaching and learning process can run smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficient and can produce learning outcomes that are in line with the expected goals. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is any influence of teacher pedagogical competence on student motivation and learning outcomes. This research includes ex post facto correlation research, or after the event. Data collection for this research was carried out by (1) questionnaire (2) documentation. The data analysis technique uses the partial T test and is processed using the SPSS version 20 program. The research results show that there is no significant influence between teacher pedagogical competence on student motivation and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the data processing of SPSS Vers 20 calculation results, through statistical testing of the t test. The results of teacher pedagogical competence on motivation obtained a t_count value of 0.396 t_table 1.67356. Furthermore, the t test of teachers' pedagogical competence on mathematics learning outcomes obtained a calculated t_value of 0.783 t_table 1.67356. So the basis for making the decision is that the influence of pedagogical competence has no influence on the motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of class III students at SDN 6 Palangka. These findings indicate complexity in the relationships between variables that require further approaches. Although this research contradicts the initial hypothesis. So this research opens up space for further researchers to examine other factors that may play a role in broader dynamics.
